BMS BLE Board
- Capture the data through RS485 from Battery Management System (BMS) board

- Same data is sent through XBee3 – ZigBee 3.0 complaint device

BLE Sensor Board
- DA14351 BLE device is interface with sensors for multi application development.
- Interface with Temperature sensor TMP36 to get the temperature from BLE node ans sent it to central unit.
- Light Sensor to detect the light.
- Buzzer is interface for application like Lost and Found.
- Push button notification using BLE beacon.
ZigBee to RS485
- Supports Autodirection control RS485
- Wirelessly transmit RS485 data using ZigBee.
- Application – Interface to Level Indicators which output on RS485 bus.
- Any device output on ModBus can be transmitted wireless.
Feeder Automation
- Wirelessly transmit Feeder data using ZigBee from the master.
- Feeder board receive the command from master and operate the relay which in turn operates the motor.
- There are 64 Feeders are connected to signal to a single master.
- Implement the mesh to cover 1KM area.
Dispenser Automation – On-Going
- ZigBee Master will interface with RTU and the data is sent using GPRS modem.
- ZigBee Slave will consist of BLE device for communicating with Android EDC Machine.
- Wireless forecourt device connected to dispenser is intelligent enough to record & handle all dispenser related activities. Forecourt Wireless device connected to dispenser has internal infinite read/write memory to store transaction in event of RTU failure & transmit all the stored transactions to main RTU once the RTU is working. Each wireless device connected to the forecourt equipment dispenser has min 2 interface ports to accommodate interface with other nearby devices.
